HazelClatworthy - Community hubs a good idea because save energy compared with heating several buildings, and would give a mixture of volunteering opportunities in one location

HazelClatworthy - Intergenerational projects e.g. gardening or allotments, would help to pass on skills to younger generations and reduce loneliness, strengthen community links etc. Also good opportunity for restorative justice

Richard - Have proposed development put in place renewable and environmentally concious ideas, such as Solar powered street lighting, LED street lighting, Water permeable driveways, shared grey water harvesting and re-cycling, proactively look to create multiuse connections such as cycling, to connect with schools, businesses, recreation sites, and the countryside.
